Creole Orleans Catering is a Catering company. We offer a menu with set packages and a menu by the pan. Please be advised that we cook most dishes, some may not be listed, however, below is a list of items previously sold and or our most popular requested dishes. We specialize in Caribbean and New Orleans style dishes. This Menu consist of prices by the Full Pan and by the Half Pan.
We do not sell these items by the plate except for our SURF PLATE. Prices are displayed in the following format=Half/Full.
Any Parties larger than 100 people must request a Catering Menu and choose a catering package. Four Tier Packages available, and event would be charged by the person, not by the pan. Set Up, Breakdown/Cleanup would be included in package pricing. Delivery fee not included.

8 OZ blackened Salmon Fillet, topped with creole grilled jumbo shrimp, paired with baked Velveeta Mac & Cheese, roasted red potatoes, and grilled asparagus. – $45.00 Add a lobster Tail or a Steak Fillet for additional $15.00.
All seafood boils are MARKET RATE! Seafood boils will include Potato’s, Boiled eggs, Beef Smoked sausage, and corn on the cobb. Our Seafood Boils are done Cajun New Orleans Style. Please be advised some items are seasonal (crawfish etc.) Specific Selections are required to provide a valid and accurate quote.
Above are our prices per Pan. Each Large Pan will feed about 20-25 people depending on the portions possibly more, except for oxtails and snapper, these are premium dishes and portions may vary. Half Pans will feed between 10-12 people depending on the portions except for oxtails and snapper these are premium dishes and portions may vary.
